If you want limited to no response this is the company for you. They were hired to do a simple window replacement above the garage...they left a mess, broke/chipped decorative wood accents around the window and took weeks just to get it in. I thought I would give them another chance to do a better job and called them to replace a window above my front door. The "gentleman" who answered the phone took the information and said "next time we get a chance to come to Louisville we'll come by". After realizing he was not kidding I was absolutely stunned! He didn't give a timeframe, didn't say they would call when they got a time setup, etc. It has been over three weeks and still I've heard nothing. Needless to say I've hired a reputable company to replace the glass. I would NOT ever use this company again!
