At first the representative was awesome cane out and found issues and helped with the insurance claim. Then it got ugly when l asked for a quote prior to receiving my insurance payment. The company would not provide a formal quote and was only concerned about how much l would receive from my insurance, this made me feel like the company was ripping me off. The work was completed not on the scheduled days but it at least got completed and looks good. After the work was completed l find a bunch of nails left over on my property and l still two months later found nails around my house. I understand is hard to get every nail but l find them in handfulls. Overall, I wouldn't hire them again and hope if something does happen to my roof they are still in business so I can use my lifetime warranty.
