Eric Sprigler was professional and responsive to my request to replace old garage doors. He designed a way to install electric openers even though two previous companies said that was not possible. Workers that installed the doors and openers worked consistently until the job was done. I highly recommend Sprigler Door Service.

Called after hours on 5/20 to request a service call. The springs had broken and the door could not be opened at all. By 7:30 am the next morning I received a call from Spriglers and they were here by 10:30. Door was repaired promptly. The service agent was professional and courteous. I called afterwards to advise them I had a discount through Angie's list and they gladly honored it.  I would say overall my experience with this company was excellent and would definately use again and recommend to others.

The tension spring broke the night before we called Sprigler's and the door was shut and could not be lifted.  A call in the morning resulted in a service visit the same day in the afternoon.
The technician was knowledgeable and completed the job in a little over an hour.  He noticed a small crack in one of the door panels and recommended a reinforcement bar be put in to alleviate any further stress that may cause the crack to grow.
The technician inspected and lubricated the drive unit and the track for the chain slide.

The rep was on time, and price was better than I expected. A schedule was set for the installation and they showed up on time and finished the job with in a few hours.

The service man who came out was friendly, knowledgeable and quick. We will use them when the time comes to replace our door.

The appointment was made easily.  The office returned my call promptly and was able to make an appointment for the next morning.  The Tech arrived on time and immediately knew what was wrong with the door.  He pointed out the problems and why they needed to be fixed and what would happen over time if they were not.  The fix was an easy one and inexpensive.  He also replaced the weather seal.  He had all parts on the truck.  He was done in about an hour.  I would recommend this company and will use their services again when needed.

After having Sprigler out to fix a busted spring, we had them come back the next month to replace our garage door opener (was slow, the remote rarely made good connection to make door go up and down, and keypad never worked). They came when they were expected and called ahead. They gave a good quote and held up to it after it was done. They were quick and efficient.
