Fantastic! Work was done quickly, efficiently, and thoroughly. The architectural shingles bring added character to our house, and complement the paint job very well. Great work!!!!

Very professional to deal with. They dropped off some shingle samples and color option charts. Communications were excellent. The installation crew did a great job and I was impressed with the cleanup after the job was completed. Excellent roofing and flashing job with a great price!

Rock Roofing was great. Their estimate was right in the middle of the 4 i got. I got estimates from Crown, North Creek, and Pinnacle. Rock includes proof of insurance and licensing with their estimate (others didn't). FYI> All of the roofers quoted the same EXACT materials and brands (CertainTeed).

Rock's estimator Rob arrived exactly as scheduled and was very helpful. He answered all my questions without hesitation. He wasn't pushy either and didn't try to force any unnecessary features or options on me. I had a couple of questions and called Rob who answered them quickly.

The roofing crew worked like a well oiled machine and finished my roof in 1 day. The materials and a big dumpster appeared day 1, day 2 the roof was completed, day 3 a QC inspector appeared and did a comprehensive review of the complete job and to run a magnet around the property and pick-up any errant nails. 

Scott the owner came out on day 3 and also reviewed the job site, ran the magnet around again. Scott is a solid guy and even pulled the permit from the City of Bothell for me.  

A totally great experience - I can recommend without hesitation.

It went pretty good. I can’t think of anything negative. I don’t recall it being an ordeal. It wasn’t a bad experience.

Danny exlained what was going to be done. He gave me options on the roof.The installers showed up when he said they were.He came back after the job was finishes and inspected the job.He had the installers to come back and clean the gutters more.So far so good.

The work went extremely well, they had to stop a couple of times when we got a lot of rain, they made sure the building was protected by putting a tarp on it and so as things dried they completed the job to my satisfaction.

They did an excellent job. We were in a rush to get our house up on the market for sale. Rock Roofing was able to install our roof within a week of purchasing the Angie's list deal (even though it rained for 3 of the possible installation days)! The tore off the old shingles, installed the new shingles, painted all of the vents to match, installed new flashing around the chimney, and completely cleaned up the mess.

Danny was a straight-shooter throughout the process, responsive regardless of hour/day, and incredibly courteous.  He explained from the get go that he would not provide me a quote for anything less than what he would put on his own roof.  For this reason, we paid $1,000 above the Angie's List quote, because our roof required "bitamin" due to the low slope on the backside of our house. 
Regardless of the day or hour, Danny always returned my calls as soon as possible if he couldn't take them immediately.  Each conversation was handled with professionalism and courtesy.  The work was completed in an efficient and timely fashion, and having met a member of the crew (the same one he has used since the company's founding) I can attest to their professional attitude as well. 
I had difficulty getting to the house when the work was completed in order to pay Danny.  This was never a concern for him, and, in fact, he came to meet me at our apartment (we were in the process of moving into the house being roofed) to collect the final payment required.
If you do choose Danny, the only thing I would remember is that he is running a business which provides a service that is constantly required.  You may not hear back from him until the end of the business day, but you will hear back from him.  I never once felt out of the loop or let-down by him, rather, I was constantly pleased by his concern.

Rock Roofing was able to schedule the job within a week, came out and met with us to choose the shingles and was prompt on their installation. They were very clean and did not cause undue mess in the yard or excess waste and nails. The new roof looks good and was installed very well. Great service.

Showed up at 8:15am, were done by 5, very professional crew, were intent on doing a great job.

Rock Roofing found additional damage to my roof that was not detected by two other roofing companies that inspected my roof. They contacted State Farm to help me get this paid for. They weren't always great about communicating timely. They said they were going to help me out with someone to do some needed masonry that was separate from my roofing. However, they did not follow up on this. Overall, I believe they did a good job. Their price was similar to other estimates I obtained.

A great company to work with!  Very price conscious and competitive, hard working crew and eager to please customers.  Our old home needed some major repairs.  They came in quick,  the work was done on time, and everything was left clean when they left.  Always willing to work around our schedule. Quick to respond and always answered our questions thoroughly.  We had had our roof repaired and ceilings repaired a few years before we contacted Rock Roofing.  They came in found the issues quickly and fixed them all!  Did new construction of a pergola and it looks wonderful!  Thanks Rock Roofing for making my home beautiful again!  Will absolutely use them for our future home repairs.  Have already contacted them for our next project, new patio doors and entry doors.  This company can do it all. 

tGot back to me on second day after heavy rains.  He said he was swamped with calls after a day of 7"of rain.  Came out the morning of the second day, gave estimate and worked on and completed the roof the third day..  I had him check gutter in another area, which he did, put in diverter and sealed seams where there were leaks.
Prompt service, polite, professional.  Have not had time/rain to determine if work did stop leak, but based upon previous work at a separate time, I expect so
  I would hire Rock Roof again for further jobs.

They came out and did all of the work in one day. They sent me photos of the house before I finished paying them. Then when we went down, there were no shingles in the yard. The house looked good. We were getting ready to put the house up for auction, so we had a short time frame. They said that they would have it done in time for the auction. We were very satisfied with them. It was a very busy time for roofs, they came out and gave us an estimate and had it done in two weeks. We were real happy with that. They were very willing to come out and get it done quickly. I called them and told them that I was down for the day and they sent someone right away to do the estimate. It was really nice and they are really good people and I would recommend them.
