"Work was performed for this customer in July, 2008 at the request of one our of general contractors. The services, dates and complaints listed in this report are not accurate. The work performed was replacing lavatory faucets, tub and shower faucets/showerheads, the kitchen sink faucet and a garbage disposal. We were not informed of any significant issues after the work was performed. There were a couple of minor issues with one faucet leak and a cartridge on the tub and shower faucet that had to be adjusted. These were fixed for the customer and on a timely basis. After completion of the work, the only other calls received from the customer was her complaining about the price of faucets and shower heads because she compared the higher quality materials used to the less expensive ones found at your local home improvement store. After several calls from the customer complaining about the prices, we offered to return her entire check and she declined. R.G. Wolfe Plumbing continues to perform work for the general contractor used by this customer and we have not received any complaints about our work from the general contractor. R.G. Wolfe Plumbing strives to always provide quality service to customers and we stand behind our work. We take all complaints very serious; however, there are some customers like this one that are not going to be happy with anything you do, which is unfortunate. Everyone has a right to their opinion, but in this case the facts are not accurate. You should give R.G. Wolfe Plumbing a call so we can demonstrate our great customer service!!
