They did a good job. Making an appointment was easy and they were on time. They cleaned up and hauled off all the dead leaves and plants from my backyard and another location. Much easier than doing it myself.

The two men did well considering the cost. I had to call them back but they came back quick.

he was instructed what to do, but when my wife checked on him he had cut the ivy to the ground (lovely English ivy).  Two years later the ivy is now just climbing over the fence

It went very well.  I was very satisfied.  He came out after I told him what needed to be done.  He came out, even though I wasn’t home.  It looked very good, even though I wasn’t here and he did exactly what I expected.

Had difficulty getting provider to show up when scheduled. When he finally came he had a rake and a nonfunctioning blower.  I had to provide the bags. In 4 hours time he completed less than half of my yard. I will not use his services again.

I bought 4  man hours of fall clean-up as a big deal for $39.00, which I thought was a great price.  They were very busy when I made contact so it did take a while for them to get to me but once they did they were punctual and professional.  Mr. Olsen and one helper showed up and had the gutters cleaned and flushed in app. 1 hour and then they put on gutter guards that I had previously purchased.  With some time remaining for my "deal" I had them rake and bag leaves which they were happy to do.  It was an overall positive experience.

I put in an approximate date and didn't put in a dollar amount because I don't remember the exact cost.  However, what I do remember is that Mr. Olson gave me excellent service, meeting and exceeding my expectations.  I tried him out after receiving an Angie's List promotional offer for 4 hours of work to help get the property ready for winter.  He did a lot more than I could have in 4 hours, and for a much better price than other contractors were advertising for half as much service.  I would gladly call on him again.

Nice guy, professional in terms of always responded to my calls but disorganized, forgot the appointment two times, changed time and date many times .... really never showed up when originally scheduled  (would have to call him to confirm)...did a good job when they came but very disorganized in terms of his appointments.... frustrated with all his excuses.  $20/hour seemed too expensive for very simple manual labor and all the changes ... he really did not know much about landscaping. Would not use him again because of the frustration with all his changes (some weather related but many times it was his scheduling issues).

Barry arrived on time, and cleaned all the gutters while on the roof, not working from the side of the house - very thorough. His
coworker cleaned the lawn. All the work was completed in about 2 hrs. He then made sure all debris was picked up, leaving a clean job behind as his signature.

Overall it went well.

Mr. Olson and his crew did a great firsti job ofr me; they were very professional and respectful; the price was reasonable too. They are willing to work with my budget and timelines. I plan to hire them for all of the things in my laundry list!

Mr. Olson completed a number of separate projects for me. All of those projects involved the garden.  Based on his work on the first, I continued to use him for the others. I found him to be professional in every respect. He was prompt in answering my phone calls or emails; when he said he would be at the house, he was at the house. With the exception of assembling the storage shed, which took longer than either of us expected, he generally completed a project either in the time he expected or before. For my jobs, we settled on an hourly rate which was very fair.  I recommend him with no reservations.  In fact, I've asked him to do some work for me this season.
