They did a good job with little mess. They came and did it, and it was done. They were more expensive, but I liked the system that they provided.

After an ice storm yesterday, I noticed this afternoon that there was no heat coming from my register. I turned the furnace on and off, and then checked the furnace. Each time the flame would come on and then die. So, I called Oeffinger Crone about 1:30 pm. I was told someone should be here by 3:30 pm. About 2:20 pm, the serviceman, Lonnie, arrived. Good news! The starter just needed to be cleaned. I only had to pay for the initial visit. The serviceman was professional, courteous, and made every effort not to track snow into my house. I was so fortunate that they were able to get to me so quickly as the temp this morning was just 3 degrees. I have always had great customer service and have been using them for about 20 years.

When my house was built several years ago, the original HVAC contractor mistakenly tried to locate two registers in locations where the ductwork had to be moved due to water pipes that plumbers put in later. To and quot;rectifyand quot; this, they moved the register and supply side duct but used SEVERAL(!!!) elbows so that they wouldn't have to patch and then recut new holes in the primary duct. This poor design caused inadequate airflow in two rooms.
We contracted with Oeffinger to replace the multi-elbow configuration and to use one elbow from new holes in the primary duct like the original contractor should have done in the first place! They were on-time, under-budget, and very professional. Their solution has increased airflow in those rooms, and consequently, our air-conditioner runs less!

Very quick response to calls. Rates seem to be in line with others in the industry and work was done in a VERY FAST. Got our AC running within 3 hours of our morning call that kept us cool until the entire system could be replaced the next day (They gave us a quote to only replace the circuit board by we decided to replace the whole system since we had an old 80% efficient system that has started to give us problems). The owner even stopped by while his crew was installing our new HVAC. I recommend them.

They are very good, and reliable. We have never had any problems with them. They came when they said they would be here. We have used them in the past and will continue to use their services in the future.

My experience with this locally-owned and operated company has always been excellent. They are quite responsive, their techs are clean, dependable and professional and we have always been pleased with their service. I have recommended them to our friends.
