I have worked with his wife for 30-odd years. He is just a single operator. He just cleaned my daughter's whole house. I would never use anybody but him. I don't know anybody else's pricing; I just know he does good work. He does an excellent job. He is timely, responsive, and trustworthy. All around, he is a good guy.
