He explained of what he thought was wrong and explained the charges. He said that if it was something different he would call me and let me know the cost of the repair. It went wonderful and he didn't find anything extra to charge.

All of my experiences with Netpointe have been stellar. I couldn't hope for better. Having had to use Geek Squad at Best Buy while laptop was under warranty, I can say my Netpointe experiences are soooo much better. Netpointe is local (Floyd County) and I really like that
