MOODY'S PROFESSIONAL FURNITURE FINISHING

Delivered the wardrobe on 6/18 and discussed the time frame for completion of the stripping only. Mr. Moody stated it would be two weeks and to call him if we did not hear anything from him. Called him two weeks from delivery date. He stated big jobs had prevented completion, call in two more weeks. Called two weeks later and same response. Called two weeks later, 6 weeks from delivery, and he stated to give him until the end of the following week. Birth of our child prevented a return call until a few weeks later. Wardrobe was stripped and ready to be evaluated for staining by him or painting by us. We decided on staining and discussed length of time for completion. He stated two weeks. We called three weeks later and left a message. He returned the call stating it was ready. The quality of work was satisfactory. The completion time was not accurate and there was no phone call to notify us unless we initiated it.

IT WAS GREAT. HE DID A REALLY FINE JOB. HE FIXED SOMETHING THAT LOOKED TO BE UNFIXABLE. HE FIXED MY ROCKING CHAIR FROM WHEN I WAS A BABY. HE MADE A BRAND NEW LEAF FOR THE TABLE & IT MATCHED PERFECTLY.
