Horrible experience was told just to be told what might be wrong with my vehicle was going to be $120 you think that price would include their labor but no it doesn't I was charged almost $20 extra the vehicle they looked at runs and they claim to find $1,600 worth of problems. Then if I didn't want to fix the immediate problems I could get done for 900. They charge way too much to do nothing I guess go there if you have a lot of disposable income but if not they will be no help. I'm so upset I will be getting another opinion. Also no one wears a mask in there they don't even have the sign on the door. As much as they charge you think they could afford a mask.

I've used Ken Towery (New Albany) for several years for tires, oil changes, a muffler replacement, etc...I've found them to be professional and friendly. I doubt you'll find the cheaptest prices around with them, but as you anothee reviewer noted, you pay for professionalism, the name, and the like. I did have one issue with the service their once in which I and the manager had a disagreement. It was an honest disagreement, however, and it wasn't any attempt to take advantage of the customer. We were able to settle things and he made an attempt to and quot;make things rightand quot; with the customer even though he saw the situation differently. Respected that. Unless you are the type of person who only wants the cheapest price you can find at the expense of convenience, I recommend them. Saturday hours are important to me, too, which they have.

It's a good all and ndash;round auto care center. They do tires and brakes, and all sorts of general maintenance, and they are cheaper than the dealer.

They did a very nice job for me. They were very fast and quick. Their price isn’t the best but you pay for their professionalism. They did a very good job. They were pretty reputed company. I will go back to them to get the work done. I would use them in the future.

They were a little expensive but they were good and professional. They specialize in brake and muffler replacement and alignments. You get what you pay for. They have good warranties and they stand behind their work. Their mechanics are certified.

Everything went very well. I dropped the car off for servie and got it back in about 2-1/2 hours. The price was a bit too high but, I didn't want to drag it around town just to save $50. The service was prompt and professional. The quality of the work was very good.
