He was easy to reach.  His demeanor seemed very standoffish.  His customer service skills were lacking.  He is very informative about work but we will never use him again.

He did a great job. he showed up and completed it when he said he would. overall happy with the experience.

The guy who did the work was happy; I paid him the money and I was happy. The pricing was what we agreed upon; he did a great job and left me a couple of pieces that he can come back to put up if necessary. I will use them again in the future.

Mike and his son Andy arrived on time and performed the job in a reasonable time. They cleaned everything up and tested everything to make sure nothing was leaking. They are both very friendly and I would definetely use them again.

He did a great job. He was neatly dressed and was very nice and cordial. He was reliable and dependable and did good work. My husband has Parkinson?s and he took the time to stop and talk to him for just a few minutes to let him be comfortable with him being in the house. He then went and did his thing. It was excellent work. His price was very reasonable. He bought the caulk as well - it was well worth it. I am going to call him again to do some other work for me. I would highly recommend him.

Mike arrived within stated time frame and bought replacement parts. Suggested to mark smoke alarm circuit in order to control smoke alarms if needed.

My 81 year old mother needed help in making repairs to her house before putting it on the market. We were under a time constraint and needed the repairs done within the month. Mr. McCoskey went out of his way to accommodate our schedule and did an excellent job for a reasonable price. Mom was very comfortable having him at the house and returning to work on the house after she had moved out. I live in Indianapolis and for the past several years have been looking for a handyman in the New Albany area to help Mom with the repairs that I couldn't do. Thanks to Angie's List, I found the answer in Home Improvements by Mike. I recommend him with no reservation!

Mike is very neat and aware of the details. He is conscious of cleaning up and making the least mess possible. He is honest and I had no worries when I left him alone in our home.
