Hess and Son Plumbing

He is on Angie's List. He has done an excellent job and he is fair priced. He is accommodating. I would recommend them highly. I would use them again.

Aaron did a great job on both occasions. He is very meticulous with his work from start to finish and goes the extra mile.

As perfectly as possible! Aaron Hess is not only a very skilled plumber, but a wonderful person as well. He punctual, neat and always has the customer's best interest at heart. Aaron has done several jobs for us and will continue to be our plumber for future work.

After the heavy rains came, my dirt floor cellar flooded out. Due to the installation of my water heater by another plumbing coming, it got flooded out. Aaron was about to make some time for me during his extremely busy scheduled (particularly due to the rain and flooding) and helped me with the water heater. We both emptied the hole it was in, then he took the burner out to dry it. After a while, the burner wouldn’t light right. Instead of giving up and stating I need to replace the whole water heater, as most plumbers would, he removed some damp insulation that surrounded the burner. This gave the burner enough oxygen to work correctly. After doing this, he only charged $50. I have to say, he is a great plumber.

The first time I used Aaron was when he came to fix a loud toilet. I had called a lot of other plumbers where one guy told me that it would cost me $150 just to come out, and then he said that I would likely need to replace all of the toilets internal parts. I then called Aaron. I explained the whole thing to him and when he came, he figured out that it was just a washer and nothing more.

I would absolutely use Hess and Son again. He is coming out soon to give me an estimate to relocate the water heater and combine gas lines.
