Gary called in a timely fashion after he was contacted. He arrived when he said he would and emailed the quote to me, following up to be certain I received the quote. He called and scheduled an appointment that was convenient for me, then showed up just as he had promised. The rotted trim was removed, replaced with new trim, caulked and painted. Gary and his carpenter were both friendly and professional. Some small talk, but not too much. I will use him again when I need something done.
