I stopped in the store after 5 weeks and asked for a status update. They indicated no hold up and it should be arriving very soon. About 10 days later I called. This time they indicated that the manufacturer was having issues and that the couch hadn't even been made yet. I continued to call for updates, each time the employee would state he wasn't sure, but he would make a call, get an update and call me back right away. I have stopped by the store or called 7 times so far and only once have they called me back. Supposedly the couch is ready, but they still can't figure out when it will actually be shipped out.
I called again today and got the same runaround. They were not able to give me any sort of status update on my order. Their customer service is severely lacking!
