+ -1 moreI was very impressed by the personal help and attention I received from the staff at Ace Hardware. It is no wonder that this store continues to thrive after being at the same location in New Albany for decades. It just seems that a person can find very useful items at this store that you cannot locate at some of the major hardware or "Do it Yourself" chains. I picked up a pole saw, along with a back cut blade. I was able to trim about 7 pin oaks, 8 white pines, and 4 sweet gum trees on my property with this saw. It made my work safe and very efficient. I also bought a bow saw at Ace Hardware for cutting bigger branches. the clasp that held the blade on the bow saw broke after a couple of days. I took the saw back to Ace -- and -- no questions asked -- they replaced it with another one. I enjoy the variety, the help, and the neighborliness I get when I go to this Ace Hardware store!
