RE/MAX TEAM

Although advertised as a 'team' we never had contact with the listing agent but worked with her other 'team' member, Brenda.  We made an offer on a home that had been on the market for almost two years.  While waiting for the offer to be accepted, Brenda miraculously  received another offer.  She kept trying to get us to make a higher bid and lower our requests on paid closing costs, even though we were purchasing as a VA loan.  She divulged too much personal information to us regarding the seller (which we did not request).  At times she was contacting our mortgage broker directly without including us.  We eventually dropped our offer when her sellers consistently came back with higher counters.  I would not use this agency again.
