Internet Service, Phone Wiring
It took 7 phone calls and three days before Internet and phone service to my small business in Southern Indiana was restored. Each time they promised to call me back and let me know when they would be out, but they never did. I asked for a manager and they would not allow me to talk to anyone. VERY unresponsive and not customer service oriented at all.
