It was very good. They're very professional and very knowledgeable. Their products are eco-friendly and okay to use with children and pets. They're very good. We've used them in the past and I'll definitely use them again and recommend them to anybody.

We had what we thought was a carpenter bee nest out on our deck, but over a period of 2 weeks noted them multiplying exponentially to where we could not even sit out on the deck and feel safe. I called Ben on a Saturday, expecting to get a call back on Monday. Thirty minutes later, Ben returned my call, gave me an estimate and promised to be out on Monday. He showed up a little early, gave a very thorough explanation of what we actually had nesting (European hornets) which were HUGE in size and which he told us could sting up to 5-6 times! He was very knowledgeable about them, even explaining their life cycle and what I could do to prevent them nesting in the future. He was very professional but friendly. He told me what I could expect of the hornets' behavior and advised me to keep my dogs inside and stay away from the nest area the rest of the day. He told me to call if I had any further problems but advised I should not. I have not seen any more hornets since that day. I will definitely call Ben again if I need an exterminator!

When we moved in, the previous owner had a number of cats with fleas. He was great. He came in and explained everything to us. He even gave us a timeline for the treatment to take full effect. He was very thurough and even sprayed underneath the furniture. He even used a non-toxic chemical, so we were able to return after only four hours.
