Our home is built over a full basement. We have had problems with uneven floors (including an indention in the kitchen floor) and things giggling on the shelves. Our engineer says that things that they have done have made things worse, not better. They have been here like 8 times, and nothing ever seems to get resolved. We would definitely NOT buy another Fairmont home, and would not recommend that anyone buy one!
