Not great. It took 3 visits to ensure that vents were properly installed and several phone calls to schedule these visits. After these visits, we were still not satisfied with the quality of work/professionalism of crew and so we received a second opinion (since we were tired of dealing with this vendor). Our hunch was confirmed and we paid this second vendor to properly correct issues(a better quality of vent was installed and the bathroom exhaust ducts were finally truly connected to the outside).

.As I was in the hospital at the time of appointment, I was not there to oversee. My son (who lives a hour away) made final arrangements over the phone. He checked out the finished work that evening and met with VanDrunen to settle the payment. My son was happy with the job done as was I when I first was able to check it out. He was very accommodating and did a very good job. I would recommend Van Drunen Roofing highly.

Jeff was prompt, professional, cleaned up all the debris and left us with a roof that looks fabulous. He also installed additional roof vents for us. We were 100% pleased with his work and have recommended him several times since then. We had many large projects when we bought our house, and worked with many different vendors. Jeff was one of the absolute best.

Took a long time for the company to start the work. They are busy, which was a good sign. Price was the best quote that I got. They did start fairly close to their estimated time frame.

Communication was OK. Usually had to leave a message. However, I ALWAYS got a return call later that evening. I'd highly recommend them.
