On Thursday, 07/18/13 at 3:30am in the morning, we were awaken by a loud crash. My wife thought a tornado had hit the house. The door to our walk-in closet was open. I turned on my night stand light and we could see the clothes and items on the shelving of an eight foot section on the floor. I get up at 4:00am in the morning to go to work. Well, I was late for work that morning. Before leaving for work I got on the internet (Angieslist) looking for a shelving repair professional. I found other vendors, but they were to far away, north suburbs. I live in the far south suburbs. When I restricted the search to 25 miles, the Organizers populated the screen. For the most part he had 'A" ratings and  a "C" in punctuality. That rating was for 2011, the latest one.  I thought either no one was writing reviews or no one was using him. But, he is located in Munster, IN. which is about 15 miles from me. My wife called him  on Thursday, 07/18/13 at 9:20am. He indicated an arrival time on Friday, 07/19/13 between 10 and 11am. Actually, he arrived a little  after 12:00pm. We did not have a problem with the arrival time. I always allow a four hour window when dealing with repairmen. They must line up jobs and sometimes a job can take a little longer that anticipated. He remounted the shelving within an hour and also installed extra support for the rest of the shelving in our closet. I would definitely use him again.

Very well.  Greg did a nice job on multiple estimates, incorporating our feedback.  Travis did a very good job in the field building strong shelves, which were installed plumb, level, and square.  The shelves have been loaded with packed boxes (including heavy items like books), and they withstood several months of heavy duty storage by this time.

On a separate contract, Travis also installed cost-effective Rubbermaid closet shelving in our master closets and home office.  That project also went very well and was reasonably priced.

I have hired The Organizers multiple times and would do so again.

FINAL PRODUCT LOOKS AND WORKS GREAT! THE SALESMAN HAD A LITTLE TROUBLE REMEMBERING AND BEING ON TIME FOR APPOINTMENTS DUE TO LARGE SERVICE AREA (THEY SERVICE ALL OF CHICAGO AND SUBURBS FROM MUNSTER, IN). IN THE END, HOWEVER, THE FINISHED PRODUCT IS VERY NICE.
