Terry and Evan did a great job. The installation was done neatly and the disruption to our household was minimal. Both the work crew and the office personnel were nothing but professional. I had some non-typical ways that I wanted a few things done and they worked with me to achieve the best outcome. The equipment they specified is top notch and working great. My delay in writing this review was only because weather required that we wait to have the project finished until they could get on the roof safely.

I was referred to them by my home warranty. I always buy delta faucets because they have lifetime warranty. Instead of repairing bathroom faucet they said it would need replaced. They charged me additional $100 over what my warranty paid for the delta faucet. The warranty company told me that they should have replaced same type faucet with no extra charge after I had paid them. They had to come back a different day to fix stoppage issue. While working on stoppage one of the workers must have touched or swiped the side of faucet with there glove or hand and permanently damaged the new chrome finish. They were trying to blame me. They will not replace. They even had to come back again to repair the toilet seal again that was still leaking. You can ask your warranty company to send different plumbing company to do your repairs. BEWARE!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Went pretty well, very prompt and professional sale. The price for new technology i can understand being a little on the high side and for quality work too. I understand paying for experience and knowledgable contractors, but from what I can deduce for around $500/hour for installation I expected a little more. Old water heater was taken away and disposed of, however may I suggest investing in a moving pad, cloth painters tarp, or something to cover an existing floor when removing old heaters. My floor was scuffed and left dirty, not swept from I could tell. A more detailed invoice including labor rates parts and such would be nice too. Yes, I agreed to the initial estimate but maybe should have asked for a more detailed breakdown of parts, removal/disposal, and labor. I did say I would hire again, but there would need to be more details upfront.

Excellent service, professionalism, and genuine concern even to a drop of dirt that fell on my hardwood floor. This will be my go-to plumbing company from here forward!

Joe and his apprentice are always friendly, punctual and communicative.  He is takes things in stride when the stuff in our old house gives him problems.  He works fast and I've never had to have him come back to redo work - which I have had with other plumbers in Muncie.  I won't use any other plumber now!

I have been using Joe for over 7 years. I first met him when he was with Sears and installed my dishwasher. He has been back several time to our home... Installed our water heater, installed 3 toilets, a few other things I can't quite remember. He is friendly professional, very knowledgeable, explains things when I look confused and if I have a diy, he will tell me how to do it to save a few bucks.  We trust him explicitly.

They came out and provided and estimate. They were able to come back within a week to do the install. They were fast and efficient. They took the time to explain how they tied into our sewer line and how the water softener worked. They cleaned up and left no mess.

Overall is was a bit of an ordeal, but it was not the fault of Down The Drain Plumbing. Lowes made a lot of mistakes!
