So on the surface, everything looks great w window world. Great price and all that. Trent is awesome. Problem is they don’t stand behind their work. 18 months after they installed our upstairs windows(which leaked the whole time) the wood in the walls got so saturated it started pouring water out through the windows. After which we ended up replacing our siding. Best price? Absolutely! But you get what you pay for. They came and did our upstairs windows and lower floor, and each time the crews did nothing but complain about the job. Overheard the phone call the crew made to the office about how they always get this ‘s***’work. Water poured through the windows they installed because they failed to seal them properly. You get what you pay for. Cheaper? Yes! Stand by their work? No! There was absolutely no attempt to make it right…. ‘Someone may come out in a 5 days or so’…. This isn’t going to stop you from getting windows from them cause they’re affordable. But after we spent 20,000 to have our windows done, and they leaked, we ended up fixing the issue ourselves. Trent is the best thing the company has going for them, but no matter what he says there’s only so much he can do. I wish I could download the video of our windows leaking. Needless to say, I won’t be using them again! And you should think twice before you do. Affordable isn’t always better. There’s something to be said for someone who stands behind their work, and these guys don’t. Once they’re paid it’s done. Windows leaked so bad it came through the ceiling of the first floor

Perfect communication. Colt Mc....& his helper were on time, quick and cleaned up. They kept me informed with everything and answered any questions I had. Wouldn't have changed a thing.

Well it was a hassle to get them here actually, they were a wk late, and had originally tried to take it out for a full month. Work was fine when completed, a few minor things were worked out.

Window world of Muncie In Came out gave me estimate I ordered and paid for Windows and was told they would call me when windows were in . After a month I called them and was told Windows just came and it would be 6 weeks before they could install them . Prior to that date they called and said they had a big project and would have to reschedule. The date was another 4 weeks. On the date they were to come out it was raining , so I called and was told they would still be out to install after unloading a shipment. A few hours later I was contacted and told they went home after unloading truck because they were wet. So as of now I have to wait another 4 weeks to get Windows installed. I have to rearrange my schedule again since this is an all day project. They did not call and confirm my spot a few days prior to the proposed installation date. Seem not to care about inconvenience to their customers who purchased a product and have to wait months to have Windows installed. I ordered in June 2016 and will not have Windows until supposedly Oct 2016!if they do not reschedule . I was hoping to have Windows installed as soon as possible. I would not recommend them to anyone, they seem to be more interested in maybe large projects other than everyday customers .

Service was great. Salesman wasn't pushy, we told him what we were looking for and he laid out our options for us. He didn't try to upsell or pressure us into a more costly option. We waited about 10 weeks for the windows to be made. Once the windows were complete, the installers had them installed in less than 3 hours after they arrived. Overall a great experience. Lifetime warranty on the windows is icing on the cake!

They were excellent. I would give them a very good rating. I'm going to call them back probably next week to have them do some basement windows for me. I would recommend them. They got in there and got the job done and they were out. They came to do what they were paid to do and that was it. The price was reasonable. I checked around with another company and they were about a couple of hundred cheaper. For the first appointment, I rescheduled and then the second one they rescheduled and after we finally did get together, it was down in the late part. When they did get out there, he went in and took care of it that same day.

This is the second time I used their service to change all the windows of a house and wrap them.
Excellent, punctual and professional job.

We were told that our windows would take 1 month to be delievered and placed. We were contacted a month after our order and were told that it would be two more months until our windows would arrive.

They did an excellent job. They cleaned up the mess and were on time. They did the job exactly as they said they would.

I love the windows!  And the 2 guys who came to put them in worked hard and cleaned up after themselves.  One of the guys didn't feel well and still worked until the windows were done.
The issue I had with Window World was how long it took for them to get the windows ordered and the appointment to get them in.  Plus we had one appointment that they canceled which was in November, and then they rescheduled.
One a good note, though, they did take 10% off the window price.
Overall, I am very pleased.

Went really well, they arrived on time got right to work cleaned everything up asked if I had any questions and were on their way.

They were an hour early which was nice. And they were done
