Insurance Agencies
Terrible service when I had my single claim. Very difficult to get them to return a call. They never directly answered the phone. Always have to go thru some sort of answering service. They were no help at all working with the insurance company, Auto Owners. Car sat for two weeks before an adjuster would look at it. I had many angry calls from the repair shop because they did not get pain the full amount agreed upon by the insurance company. My agent was of no help with any of this. Good luck if you ever need them for any help.
