For their punctuality, they are a little bit slower so when I made an appointment, I had to wait about an hour after the appointment before they started to see my car.

It worked out great! They have nice amenities. They provided a manicure for my wife.

As always this service went very well. I had scheduled to drop it off at lunch time, and they gave me multiple options to get back to work and return later to pick up my vehicle. As it turned out this time I was having lunch with a co-worker, so I didn't need a ride. They alway call if there are any issues that come up before they proceed. We have been very pleased with them from when we purchased the vehicle new and throughout the service of the vehicle since then. The staff are always very professional and courteous. Their new facility is extremely nice and inviting.

Our salesman went above and beyond. He worked with us for several weeks to find the exact vehicle we wanted.

When in the middle of the work being completed they said the catalytic converter needed to be replaced in order to turn off the check engine light and would be $1200 more to replace.
We found that we didn't need anything more and just decided to trade it in at American Chevrolet and received a great trade in value without having to do anymore work.
Additionally, when our car needed some recall service and they couldn't schedule us for another week, we asked if it would de okay to drive it for our daily 1 hour commute they said and quot;it should be okand quot;
The general manager, Jeff Daniels, is not very pleasant to deal with.

I called Toyota and asked for an estimate to replace an outer tie rod on my 2000 Town and Country. They gave an estimate of $78 plus an extra $70 if an alignment is needed. This price was $50 cheaper than a local alignment shop. Never seen a dealership beat a chain store like that. I called them at 9am and my I needed it done that day so my wife could drive it. The dealership agreed to get it right in.

My wife brought the van in and planned on waiting at the shop. However, I forgot the special key to remove the lugnuts on the tires at home. However, I was an hour away and couldn't go home to get it. My wife got a ride home and brought the tool back and the shop was still able to get the van done the same day. The shop even replaced the headlight bulb and rear wiper blade for no charge.

As my wife drove the van away after the work was completed she noticed the van was still pulling very hard to the right. She called the dealership back and they told her to bring it back the next day and they would look at it again for no charge. My wife was on a bigger time crunch the next day, but they assurred her it would be done. The next day she dropped off the van and they gave her a brand new car as a loaner to drive for the day. They spent the day with the car and found out it was a problem with the two front tires. They rotated the tires for no charge and had the vehicle done by the deadline. The van is driving great now.

My wife was very pleased with their kindness and I was very happy with the price and the promises they kept. I'm having transmission problems with another vehicle and I am very seriously considering bringing it to this dealership and I've always swore off dealerships due to their cost and my experience from when I worked in one.

They were very straight forward about price and what needed to be done, other than what needed to be checked. They were very good.
