Very well. Don is very professional and did a great job.

They identified the problem AND helped me move a water heater to a new location, took care of the new gas line run and did the venting for me. Total job was finished before 24 hrs from calling them.

Perfect - as usual. These guys are real pros. They replaced our main sewer line several years ago and did a wonderful job.

Tomlinson called a few minutes before the appointment to say the plumber is on his way.  The plumber showed up on time and spent about 35 min unclogging my kitchen drain and replacing a pipe I had damaged when I tried to unclog the drain myself.  He was very professional, knowledgeable and quick about the job.

Arrived at appointed time/completed installation/made sure it was operating successfully. i have used Tomlinson Plumbing for probably 25+ years. They have always been fair and honest and do a fantastic job!!

Went very well. Had plenty of help in removal and installation. Area cleaned.
Called Tim back to replace kitchen faucet on 7/15. Same thing prompt and job was
done in no time. Even went the extra step in cleaning behind sink. I appreciated that.

service was for a house we have rented out in Muncie. All contact was with our tenant or over phone/e-mail. quick reaponse; worked with our tenant who was pleased with the service

Tomlinson Plumbing Inc are prompt and very efficient. They're tidy and always clean up after themselves. They explain what they're doing and why they're doing it, which is nice.

They were prompt in scheduling an appointment, and the repair person was prompt arriving at the house. He introduced himself, I showed him where the leak was and he proceeded to do the repairs. He did stop at one point to show me what he was going to have to do to get through the cement floor between the kitchen and the basement to get the repairs done. I appreciated the update. He was professional at all times. I feel this company is very trustworthy, would use them in the future, and would recommend them to family and friends.

When I called on Thursday, June 27, 2013, the receptionist was extremely professional, polite, and listened well to my problem. She scheduled an appointment for the very next morning at 10:00a.m. and stated she would call me 1/2 hour ahead to let me know when the plumber would be arriving. The next morning I received an early call from that same receptionist stating she had someone available who could come early, if I was available. When he arrived, he was very polite and professional, he listened to what the issue was, and proceeded to work. He was very efficient, cleaned up all of his mess, and showed me what he was doing and explained everything along the way. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone with plumbing issues, and will definitely be calling them back in the future.
