The gentlemen arrived promptly and I showed him the area where service was needed. I had a hot tub in the back of my home and had run a 110 line out to the unit (as indicated in the schematic), drilling all necessary holes & even had the appropriate dedicated 50 amp circuit installed next to it & at my breaker box. All that was needed was for the wires to be connected to the tub properly so power would get to the heater & the pumps. I even had a schematic on hand of how to install the wiring.
The gentlemen spent an hour messing with the wiring, and drilling the box I had assembled to a wood post, however the tub is still nonfunctional. Before he arrived, I had the heater element working but not the pump. After he left, the pump was working but not the heater. He clearly did not check to see if his work was sufficient. It was a complete waste of money. He had ONE job to do and did it poorly, late, and at a fairly high cost to his customer.
All my attempts to contact their office have been in vain, and I've given up on them completely.
