The service was great. Easy to schedule a convenient appointment. On time. Did an excellent job plus explained things about the cleaning. Price was reasonable and in line with estimate. Offered to come back at no charge if we noticed any concerns emerge. Carpets look great. Took out some difficult stains. Would readily recommend them.

I am very please with the results. This is the first time we have had our carpets cleaned, I believe the carpet is approximately 13 years old. The carpet looks like new! I couldn't ask for better service, information, and results. If you need your carpets cleaned this is definitely the service to use!

Tim arrived on time and introduced himself immediately. We walked throughout the house so he could get an idea on our needs for cleaning the carpet. He explained what he would be doing as far as a pre-treatment and the cleaning process. He showed me the difference between the cleaned carpet area and the dirty areas, and I could tell immediately that he was doing a great job. We have an older dog and and two older cats, so we have accidents on the carpet, and vomiting, which caused a lot of and quot;clean-upand quot; spots to appear prior to Tim cleaning. All of those spots were gone, as well as the traffic areas from the front door down the hallway. It looked wonderful when he was done. He did explain about wicking, and we did have that occur. I called them within the week following and he returned right away and re-cleaned the area in front of the couch, as well as touching up two new animal and quot;accidentand quot; areas that occurred right after the carpets were cleaned. The only reason I gave them a B regarding responsiveness, was that I had emailed the company through the website and no one returned my email, or contacted me to schedule an appointment. I then did a follow up phone call and an appointment was scheduled right away, and she did apologize and stated she would go back and check the website. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the end-product and would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

I called this morning, and was hoping we could get him to come to clean our carpets. It was a very short notice, but we needed it done this weekend.
Tim showed up exactly when he said he would be here.
Very professional, in everything and in everyway. Tim used plastic covers that went over our corners of the door frames to protect them. He did an AWESOME job on our carpets. We had two
spots that we thought would never come out. Now it is completely gone!
We intend into recommend SOS to everyone that needs their carpet cleaned. We will be having him back every six months!

Tim has worked for me for the past several years doing carpet cleaning in both my home and my rental properties. He is honest, diligent in his work and has always done a superior job getting even the most soiled carpets clean. He always gets the work done in a timely manner and is pleasant to work with.
