Description of Work: Mr. Simmons nor his wife does not answer my phone calls nor do they return calls. After several attempts we met on 2 occasions in 1 year. Mr. Simmons and his wife did not appear interested to do the work for me. They expressed their work with professionals and high class Americans and did not want to work with middle class foreigners. When we eventually meet after several attempts. He gave an outrageous pricing for a kitchen and room for over 200,000.00. Then ,I asked for him to give us a break down as to this cost and they never call us back nor did they return the phone call.
