We ran over a large bolt on our way home on a Sunday evening. We didn't know who would be able to fix a tire on a Sunday. But sears was open and got us right in before they closed. They completed the work quickly and they were able to save us the time it was going to take to put on the cheater spare (in bad weather) and take time from work on Monday to get this taken care of. Their hours are very convenient and they did a good job for us. I have used them several more times since that time with good results.

Went very well. Very fast, alerted me about alignment problems needing attention.

Wonderful, they offered a package that includes alignment 2x's per year for the next 3 years- great addition as our area has reputably poor roads. The tires have made our ride much smoother and I am certain, much safer! We have had our wheel alignment at the same time we had our oil changed over the past month and our vehicle handles amazing. We love the tires and we do love Sears Auto Care - great hours (Saturday and Sunday)!

I wasn't very satisfied with the service I received. I went to get an oil change and a brake change. I was unhappy with prices they quoted to me, even after a discount.

I was very dissatisfied with Sears Tire and Auto Center. They almost got me killed. I took a trip with my granddaughter and one of the tires almost fell off on a high speed rush hour expressway. The tires are good but the service is not, they are not getting the tires on right. I purchased the tires in 2007. The rotation was free since I bought my tires from them. They claim no responsibility. It actually cost me several hundred dollars at the dealership because it tore up one side of the front end. I had to have brand new brakes replaced that had less than 4,000 miles on them and it tore up the axel and other stuff. I will not be going back to Sears Tire and Auto Center, I will pay to have my tires rotated.
