He was very professional and his guys did a very good job. They went above and beyond my expectations. They were there when I was told and cleaned up everyday. Finished on time. Very impressed

Prompt response to our request for a quote. Showed up when scheduled and prompt completion of work. Excellent quality or painting. Sent worker back the next day to clean up a few spots of paint on the brick. Kind of high priced but we felt we got what we paid for.

I found Bob completely by accident when searching for a rental home. His office was incredibly professional and really met the needs of the college demographics. As a first time renter I was concerned that we would have to do a lot of work ourself, as I had only heard horror stories about other area landlords. However, I was pleasantly surprised with my service from Ratchford Properties. Bob not only came to oversee work on our house over the years but also helped us at 3 a.m. when our street flooded, without being called! As soon as we saw the flood start, we saw Bob out with his truck helping us move and salvage our items. Bob made the entire renting process easy and pleasant. I would ( and have) recommended his company for all of the services they offer including rentals, realty, and remodeling. These extensive services are also beneficial to renters as he already has a full staff ready for all kinds of repairs.

He was very good at what he did, he got things done on time, and he did a good job. It looks real good after six years.
