The car is a 1991 Oldsmobile that had suddenly stopped running. Precision was called and they had it towed to their shop. The estimate was given and approved because the car belongs to my grandson and he needed it to get to school and work. The car ran great for two days after the work was completed. Then it started knocking and smoking. Finally on the 4th day after the completed repairs, the car stopped running again. It was towed back to Precision. They said that there was an oil leak (which it did not have before they had it). They blamed the smoking on the radiator (which was brand new). They also wouldn't even honor the free towing they offer if they do the repairs to your vehicle. A call to the owner was fruitless. He out right lied and said he had told my grandson that there was an oil leak. Since I was there when the car was picked up, I know for a fact that he actually only asked my grandson if there had been any other problems. He was answered in the negative.

Better price and better warranty than Honda dealership service. Finished on a Monday after promising completion on the previous Friday.

I had multiple cars with issues and they were very professional.I was shocked by the speed and quality of their service. They also suggested that I bring my truck in again after 6 months for a checkup on how the transmission is doing. Truly this company turned a bad run of luck that could have seriously impacted my ability to work into something very bearable.

Took my truck in on Wednesday morning, got a call Wednesday evening with a few options! I took the option to rebuild the transmission in which I new everything would be new. Saturday morning Precision Transmission called and said every thing was done and ready, wow I thought that was quick!!! Went and picked up my truck and as to this day every things good to go!!!
I want to thank every one at Precision Transmission for the great service they provide, and to Tony Hickel for the options I was given with the estimate!!!
