Roy came out to look at my front loading washing machine that wouldn't turn on. He was nice and friendly but wanted us to go pick up so hoses that were missing and some screws. He came back a few days later, put the hoses on, and said he would have to research while it wasn't coming on. I called back and complained that after two visits they still had to research the problem. The owner came out himself the next day. He looked at it, said what he thought it was but didn't have any parts with him to fix it. He ordered the piece, came back a week later, tried the piece and it didn't work. He basically told me he doesn't keep up on training with the newer machines and to try Sears or get a new machine. They were both very nice and through it all they only charged me one service call, but clearly new machines are out of their realm. Sears came out a week later, found a faulty wire, and fixed it on the spot. I wasted a lot of time with Lamonts, and $65.

Dryer was making a strange rattling noise at regular intervals.  Service tech suspected a bad solenoid coil.  Didn't have one in stock though.  Ignition coil was also about shot so he replaced that.  Next day, part arrives... he came out and swapped out the bad coil...  Job done.  I was very happy with the technicians perceived skill level and professionalism.  He seemed to know what was wrong and made the repairs efficiently, cleaned up afterward, and there was no trip charge for the second day's service.

1. called on 11/27 2013 and got thru to his buss,phone answered promptly/made arrangements the same for Lamont to check what  the problem was,he arrived and found the problem and ordered the circuit board. The part arrived 3 days later and Lamont quickly installed it,now washer works perfectly. Great service in a timely manner.

Lamonts came and quickly diagnosed the problem. Got the needed part and returned a week later to fix it.  No problems since the fix.  I would use them again.

The repairman showed up at the designated time to repair the washing machine front door seal.  He was knowledgeable and efficient.
He replaced the seal then we asked him to check the dishwasher door.  The night before it had suddenly fell.  He had parts with him and he replaced  the dishwasher door counterbalance cable.  We will definitely call them again if we need any appliance repairs. 

Serviceman arrived promptly. ...found the problem and fixed within an hour.

Overall, despite the fact that he had to return a few times to complete the repairs on my refrigerator, he was always professional. Very honest and stands by the guarantee on his work

They are very punctual. Extremely clean. They are very reasonable. I would recommend Them and I will use them again. They are very professional. They are fantastic.
