After reading positive reviews of Coldwell Banker's Muncie office, I contacted them online. Later that same day, I heard back from Carol Niccum, and she came out to see the property a couple days later. I interviewed other realtors from other companies, but decided to work with Carol because she took the time to sit down and answer my questions (very patiently!) and was friendly & professional. Selling the house had some challenges because I live out-of-state, and we had to handle some of the paperwork via email. But Carol knew how to handle the process because she had dealt with a long-distance client before. I always heard back from her quickly... since I had never sold a property before, I had a lot of questions all the time. But Carol is great about keeping in contact via phone, text, and email. She had several other clients, but I felt like she worked hard to get my house sold. My house went on the market in April, and by the end of May, we had accepted an offer. And Carol went above & beyond to get everything pulled together for the closing. Way above & beyond.
