Roofing
Work took four months (would start, then stop, then start again) and was not 100% completed, still have a 6 foot piece of metal edge trim that never got installed even after calls, emails and a letter.

EXCELLENT. I HAD QUITE A BIT OF TROUBLE FINDING A STEEL ROOFING CONTRACTOR FOR A RELATIVELY SMALL RESIDENTIAL APPLICATION (I DIDN'T WANT MY WHOLE ROOF REDONE--JUST A COUPLE OF ACCENT PIECES OVER THE PORCH AND ENTRYWAY). MOST RESIDENTIAL ROOFERS DON'T DO METAL ROOFS. DAN ALWAYS CALLED ME BACK PROMPTLY, CAME OUT AND GAVE ME A DETAILED PRICE ON THE DAY OF THE ESTIMATE. THE OTHER ROOFERS WAITED DAYS TO MORE THAN A WEEK TO GET ME AN ESTIMATE AND I HIRED DAN ON THE SPOT, AS HE WROTE OUT A CONTRACT THE DAY HE CAME OUT. HE WAS HONEST ABOUT HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE TO GET THE MATERIALS IN AND WAS PROMPT WITH INSTALLATION. INDIANA STEEL ROOFING HAS LIFETIME WARRANTY ON THE MATERIALS AND A LONG (?15) YEAR WARRANTY ON INSTALLATION. I HAD A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE AND AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE FINISHED PRODUCT.
