Great! Made our old dirty carpet look like new!

This was great experience. I called literally 5 places to get estimates on cleaning the carpet for a newly purchased home. Gayle was the only person that answered the phone when I called. He had a medical procedure done that morning but stated that he would come over and give me an estimate afterwards. Gayle showed up as agreed and he then looked over the carpet. He is really knowledgeable when it comes to stains and I was surprised at his attention to detail. He then asked when I needed the carpet done and I told him that I needed it done yesterday. He was at the house the next morning with his worker. They did a great job on cleaning the carpets as they now look almost brand new. I then hired him to come back later that day to clean and polish the kitchen cabinets. I also have another property that he will be cleaning once I have everything cleaned out. Great work, great person, and will definitley do business with again.

He was only slightly late (and I'm a bit anal about punctuality), so that was a good start. He came in, looked over all the area to be cleaned, decided he wanted to move a couple of additional pieces of furniture, went back to his truck, grabbed the equipment and started very punctually. I was exceptionally pleased with his attention to the slightest stains. The work was excellent, and because their system uses less water, the carpeting dries more quickly. I will absolutely use his services again

Did a very good job with a very dirty carpet. His assistant called off sick that day, but he called me about a half hour before he was due to show up and was courteous enough to let me know that he was running late. He then showed up at about the time that he said he would be here. I would definitely use this company again!

My initial contact was an email I sent to request an estimate for cleaning my living room carpet. Since I was working around calendar obligations and had not had a response, I called the next day to get an estimate and to schedule the cleaning. Mr. Wilt was accommodating in scheduling me for an early Monday morning, earlier than he usually began, but then didn't arrive as expected. I knew he had another appointment later, so I called 30 minutes after he was due to arrive. He had me on his list but had forgotten over the weekend that he was going to begin earlier than usual. However, he quickly arrived and set to work.
Before cleaning the carpet, Mr. Wilt helped me move a large area rug out of the living room and treated several spots. He had to redo a section of carpet that had darkened from airflow to an air return under one piece of furniture, which he did willingly when I asked him about it. Also, since I was reluctant to put the rug back before the carpet was fully dry, he sent someone else to help me move it back a couple days later. The carpet looks beautiful and rich again.

We were impressed with their workmanship and professionalism. We have two dogs and they were on their hands and knees scrubbing the pet stains. We were thoroughly pleased. We would definitely call them again.

Excellent company to work with on arranging date to clean our carpet. Arrived on time. Would recommend this company to anyone wanting their carpets cleaned.

They run the cleaning equipment from their truck through the garage, run their big vacuum cleaner to pick up any loose "stuff" that our sweeper misses. They spot treat stains (we have cats) and spill things on our light colored berber. Their cleaning machines have large absorbent pads that scrub the floors, then they go over and pick up most of the moisture. Our floors take a few hours to dry in the heavier stained areas, but next day, we're good to go. They are friendly and efficient, and we'll continue to use their service.
