H & H REBUILDING CO

I took my van to H&H to get it checked into. I needed the main barring checked and the oil pumped checked. After they diagnosed it they said the main barring was fine, but the oil pump needed replaced. They broke my time-chain cover when doing this. Now they needed to order a new part which took 2 weeks to get it in, since they ordered the wrong size originally.  They actually wanted me to pay for both parts that were ordered. They had to go to the junk yard to get the part. They billed me for going to get it and for the part itself, which was surprising since they broke it in the first place.  I didn't want to mess with the company and I wanted the police there when I picked up my van. Jerry Hayes called angry then called back saying saying he lost his temper. He wanted to pick me up to show me what was all wrong with the van, but I wouldn't ride with him . So, I went to the police who were able to get my car back to me, and I am still losing oil and anti-freeze. Now there is also a ticking noise. So, I went the BBB, then the small claims court. The court ordered them to pay me back $818.00. Jerry kept cussing at me throughout court and couldn't believe I had to put up with it. I still haven't been paid, so now I'm having to back to court again. We will going back on March 20th to get it resolved. I would rather have a root canal then work with this company again.
