I had an idea of what I wanted, I put it on paper and took it to Fred. I wanted lots of architectural embellishments: wainscoting, high baseboards like in older or upscale homes, crown molding added to the tops of the doorways, crown molding on ceilings, a brand new spa - like bathroom with a walk-in shower, glass block, a vessel sink, large floor tile. I also wanted to make the kitchen/dining area and living room area appear more spacious. I wanted to add a flat screen TV above the fireplace and wanted to be able to see it while cooking and cleaning. Upstairs in my office, I wanted built in bookcases. I the closets I wanted shelving. Fred saw my vision an has done everything exactly like I wanted. I didn't expect it to take 6 months, but Fred works by himself a lot, sometimes he has one helper, so it's understandable. The things he contracts out, like the tile work, he gets the very best in the business. It has been worth the wait. Everything is gorgeous.
