We found Duane on Angie's List.  We started looking at homes in the area.  He went out of his way to find houses for us that we had not seen.  He showed us more homes then you can imagine.  While we have decided to put the house hunting on hold, we would recommend him to everyone in the area, and will call him if we change our minds.

We found Duane by accident, just walking into the FC Tucker office. He was extremely professional and available. Got back to us usually immediately whenever we texted. Very flexible to work around our schedule (half the time with toddlers in tow while looking at houses). Very patient with all of our questions (about the process, home values, etc). Gave opinions when we asked, but not pushy at all. We looked at 20 to 30 houses altogether, with repeat visits. We would absolutely use him again if we were moving and would recommend him to friends.
(I said the cost of service was $0 because we were the buyers and the seller took care of closing costs)

We recently relocated to the area and were looking to purchase a house but weren't really that interested in anything that was on the market. Tom helped us look at probably 100 houses over the course of a year. Not only was he a great guy to deal with but extremely honest and up front about possible purchases. After a home we were interested in purchasing suddenly came on the market he called the the next day and set up a time to look at the house. Perfect house, a great deal and he basically helped out with every part of the purchase including financing sources, insurance, finding the original builder for me, and suggesting people to do some upgrades and repairs. Great guy to deal with and a very low pressure, low key but thorough way of doing business.

We found our real estate agent, Adam Covault of FC Tucker Five Star Real Estate (Muncie, IN) by chance through calling the number on a sign out side of a house that we were interested in. We didn't end up going for that house, but we stuck with Adam while continuing our search because he is a great agent. We viewed several properties with him and at no time did we feel pressured or like he was trying to up-sell us something that we weren't into. He gave us plenty of space to explore the rooms without hovering (a personal pet peeve of ours!) and didn't seem to mind when we would decide against house after house that just didn't fit us. He also had plenty of advice and was capable of answering our never-ending questions. We just closed on a house yesterday and he walked us through it to the very last step and has offered his help with anything we may need even after all of the signatures are done. We could not be any happier with his service and will not hesitate to use his services again in the future if we ever decide to sell.
