They were very professional, neat and tidy. They put down rugs to keep our floors and carpet clean, then went up on the roof and cleaned the chimney. After that was done they cleaned the insert even disassembling the fire brick shelf in the top. They found one cracked fire brick in the back, which was a narrow piece. It was a brick that I had previously noticed being cracked. They had seen this before with this type of insert, suggested moving the other one like it to the corner. They also found another brick that was starting to crack. They cut new bricks to fit, and placed the 2 narrow bricks in the back corners, so they would be less likely to be damaged as I put wood in. The re-assembled the brick shelf in the top. They inspected the door and its seal, and the operation of the stove levers. Once done they picked everything up making sure not to leave a mess. This is the second time I've had the out and I will continue to use them.
