Bowden guys came out and tested everything and made a slight adjustment.
They came back at no extra charge the next day when the problem came up
again. No real resolution except that the next step would be tearing
out walls (!). We figured out the problem ourselves the next day, but at
least the Bowden guys did call again to check in--they really showed
they weren't satisfied until the problem got figured out.
