AFTER SEVERAL CALLS AND IN PERSON MEETINGS WITH THE GENERAL MANAGER , NOTHING WAS
RESOLVED. HE TOLD ME AT LEAST TWICE OR MORE HE WOULD and quot;CHECK ON SOMETHINGand quot; AND CALL ME
BACK.. HE NEVER RETURNED ANY CALLS AND NEVER GAVE A STRAIGHT ANSWER.
ONCE, INSTEAD OF HIM CALLING HE HAS A REP. FROM THE WARRANTY COMPANY CALL. HE ATTEMPTED TO HELP BUT IT ALSO FAILED.
IT'S ONE THING TO SELL A TRUCK AS IS AND BUYER BEWARE, BUT TO FLAT OUT LIE AND NOT CALL WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD IS JUST POOR MANAGEMENT AND BAD BUISNESS.

IF THEY WERE NOT GONNA HELP WITH THE PROBLEM , THEN BE A MAN AND JUST SAY SO TO MY FACE.

I have owned three Dodge Caravans and have used Bill Gaddis dealership for over 11 years for repairs and routine service. They are ALWAYS friendly, courteous, helpful and have even provided transportation when needed. I get a senior discount as well. Gaddis service department is exceptional - I love those guys. They took especially good care of my husband and I and even better when he got sick. After my husband died they took me under their wings and take extra special care of me and my van. A year ago in August I decided I should perhaps get a newer van to ensure my ability to avoid the problems and costs of an aging car. The service manager put me with his choice of a salesman. I told the salesman exactly what I wanted thinking it might take awhile to fill my order. Within two weeks the salesman called me with a newer van that he thought I'd like. He nailed it and told me I could come down to look at it even though it hadn't been cleaned up yet. It was such a nice van it didn't need it. They had serviced that one the same way we had ours done - routinely so I felt confident it was in good order but they went over it with a fine tooth comb, detailed it and the salesman even bought new tires out of his own commission. I couldn't ask for better treatment than I get at Gaddis. I am thrilled to be able to applaud this company, Bill Gaddis Chrysler, in a public venue.

The car is actually out of warranty, but they have not given us a reason to stop going there. I trust them, and they deliver what they say they will. They seem to be thorough in their approach and understand customer service.
