They were prompt, honest and professional. They're prices are higher, but they are generally worth it - job done right the first time.

Excellent work and gave me good advice concerning repair or replace.  Advised me to repair the pump when they could have had me replace it.

They provided excellent service. The last sump pump failed with in the warranty period. I had lost the paperwork but they had back up copies and were able to save me almost $300 of the almost $500 bill.

Good except for price.

Mike Craw came with someone he was training.  They arrived on time, took up the toilet, replaced the wax seal, and then raised and leveled the toilet.  Our pipes are old so he explained that eventually the pipes would probably have to be replace because of corrosion but that it could wait.  He then cleaned out the main drain from the toilet which greatly improved the flushing capacity.  I would definitely use Craw Plumbing again.

They always fix everything and do a great job.

I like them. I used them before and had the dad or uncle come. When I called this time a younger man came and did a fine job. I am happy with them. He has done excellent work for me. It was a normal price; it wasn't any higher or lower than any other plumbers. I would definitely use them again.
