Steve is a local guy who cares about helping people! He is a very good communicator and shows up on time. Steve does the job right the first time. I would highly recommend Steve as he has a lot of years experience so you will get what you pay for. Trust is huge these days and I will say you dont have to worry about looking over your shoulder. Everything he did from flooring to doors to electrical and plumbing, it was all done very well and I'm very satisfied with the work and we will hire 345 again.
