 + -1 moreCHRIS WAS GREAT WE SHOWED HIM WHAT WE WANTED DONE AND HE ADVISED US WHAT WE COULD DO TO STAY IN OUR BUDGET WE OUR VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK PREFORMED. WE HAVE GOT ALOT OF POSITIVE COMPONENTS FROM SURROUNDING NEIGHBORS. CHRIS ALSO DOES PRESSURE WASHING SUCH AS HOUSES DECKS ETC. WE WILL DEFINITELY CALL HIM BACK WHEN WE ARE READY FOR THE 2ND PHASE OF OUR PROJECT.
Description of Work: CHRIS REGRADED OUR BACK YARD THE WAY IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE BY THE BUILDER. THE HOME WAS BUILD UP ON A HILL AND THE BACK YARD WAS NOT GRADED PROPERLY BY THE BUILDER.
