My son was getting married this summer in July 2011 and I needed the interior of my home painted...all rooms except the kitchen and laundry area.
Matt Evans' name was given to me by someone who works for my husbands company. They highly recommended him. I called him, we set up a date for him to come measure and give an estimate. I had to buy all my own paint which was not a problem but he gave me the estimate on how much paint to buy so he made it easy for me.
Matt and his partner came every day and the process began. They moved furniture, took curtain rods down, even ran the vacuum at the end of every work day. He repaired the ceiling in the family room where my hubby had power sprayed outside under the eaves and went crazy with that thing causing water to get into the eave and it got the ceiling wet.
Matt and his partner were here every day for 2 weeks (Monday - Thursday). I work those days and am off Friday and have my grandson for Mimi day on Friday so I arranged that they take Fridays off or a 3 yr. old would be helping them paint, I was sure. Matt's work is professional. He came in the morning before I left for work and he was gone when I got home with everything cleaned up.
He is trustworthy, very clean and attentive to detail. (He even touched up my kitchen where hubby and I painted and didn't quite match up the darker wall color to the lighter ceiling color.) I was very happy with the end result and if I had any walls and ceilings left to paint, I would absolutely have him back for more. As it is, the best I can do is recommend him to my friends and Angie's List. Call Matt.... he did a marvelous job painting all of my walls and ceilings! I can't say it any better than that.
