Mike from Wagler's called me back in a very short amount of time. He visited our house and I showed the outlines I had painted in the grass to place the driveway correctly. He described exactly what they needed and would do. He explained what type of gravel would be best for what we needed. We set an approximate date and later Mike called us with a cancellation the next Monday (3 days after the estimate - a week sooner than we thought). Drew came out Monday and dug out the whole length of driveway and asking me to point out my lines framing the driveway. He cut away exactly how I wanted the curved driveway and parking area to look. He was able to get the driveway put in so that we no longer had a gap between the gravel and cement walkways. Another worker drove the truck and poured out the gravel. Drew grated the driveway so that the gravel was placed smoothly and in the dugout area. We have 3" of a gravel mix which has hardened beautifully in our driveway. They were all quite professional and businesslike. They explained everything they were doing and why. We have gotten numerous compliments on our driveway and I have already made one referral. EXCELLENT WORK AND WORKERS!! Mike and Drew were so helpful and informative.

There is a 75 foot section that was only covered with a very thin layer of gravel .  I already have mud coming through the gravel in that section. They were called about this, one week after the work was completed. The call was never returned. If the job needed more gravel and the price goes over the estimate, I am willing to pay the extra. I just wanted to get it taken care of. The employees seemed nice enough, but communication skills could be improved.

They were excellent! Everything they did was professional. They came out and did everything they said they would do and they really made it nice for us. They were really nice people.
