"On 2/16 Steam Master came out to clean our carpets and they refused to clean them. B&C Carpet Care was recommended by our banker. Bob came out and worked 4 hours and did an amazing job. Some of the stains from dog urine did not come out, which was expected. House smells great and floors are amazingly clean.

"We recently hired this cleaning team for our home, and they did an amazing job from start to finish. The crew was professional, friendly, punctual, and very detail-oriented. They worked efficiently together and made sure every room was spotless. The bathrooms, kitchen, floors, and even hard-to-reach areas were cleaned thoroughly and left looking incredible. What stood out the most was how organized and respectful the team was while working in our home. They paid attention to the small details and made everything feel fresh, clean, and welcoming. It?s clear they truly care about the quality of their work and customer satisfaction. I highly recommend this cleaning company to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy, and high-quality cleaning services. We will definitely continue using them."

"I came home from work to find our furnace had not been running while I was away. With the particularly cold weather we'd been having I started looking immediately. Because our furnace unit is a bit older I was concerned that picking just any company would mean being told that we would just have to have the unit replaced. My mother in law recommended Dugan Air because she too has an older system they had worked on her heating and air conditioning before. I looked them up to see what kind of ratings and if there were any deals available.
Satisfied with the reviews I read I contacted them through Angie's List and was pleased to see a response back quickly. I was offered a couple of options to come out and take a look as well as contact information should I need it. The communication was wonderful.
We scheduled them to come out and take a look the next morning. He diagnosed that the unit had been running on electrical power only when the heat pump outside failed to kick on and so burned out the fuse on the furnace. He took a look at the heat pump outside and made some adjustments to it then came in to replace the fuse. Unfortunately he did not have a replacement fuse that would work so he told us he would return that Friday, Monday at the latest, with the part to replace it with.
I was mildly disappointed we would not have the furnace up and running for a couple more days but we understood that parts are not as easy to get a hold of for older systems. The next day however he called up letting us know he'd gotten the part we need and if we were available he could come by and install it for us. He could very well have waited and come when he had quoted us, but he didn't and for that we were impressed with the service. Though the cost was a bit more than I would have liked to have paid it seemed reasonable.
He installed the part and gave us some advice on the unit. He cautioned that we would likely need to get it replaced before long and gave us some honest advice on systems we might want to consider, even quoting us their price to replace the system in case we might be interested down the line. He also gave us some tips to improve our system that would not require having them do any work.
He was courteous, punctual and extremely helpful. I even received a follow up message from them to see how everything went. I would recommend their service to anyone looking to get work done on their heating and air conditioning unit."

Customers say: Quick response

"Wind and Wave Property Solutions did crawl space encapsulation for our home. Our crawl space was a mess and they did a great job of cleaning out the space and then encapsulating it. They cleaned up everything when they were done and did not leave any mess at all. They also installed 2 new toilets. We needed taller toilets and they replaced them and hauled all the old away. Again everything was cleaned up and neat when they were finished. I would highly recommend Wind and Wave Property solutions for all your handyman needs! Great to work with!"

Sonic Cleaning FAQs, answered by experts

You should clean your suede couch at least once a month, which includes vacuuming and small spot cleaning to remove any stains. Try to do a deeper steam cleaning only once a year, unless your couch is in a high traffic area, in which case it may need more frequent deeper cleans.

Ongoing maintenance of your leather furniture is the only way to prevent it from peeling and cracking. Real leather will peel and crack as it dries out. Leather conditioners are a great way to protect your leather furniture from drying out, and you’ll need to apply it about twice each year. It’s also a good idea to keep abrasive materials away from your leather to prevent cracking and peeling, including belt buckles, shoes, and multi-surface cleaners, especially those that contain alcohol.

Yes, vinegar can remove poop stains. How long the poop sits on your carpet will determine how many rounds of solution you’ll need and the length per round. One round should be enough if you’re dealing with a fresh stain, but more stubborn stains might require longer rounds. If you prefer a more effective way to remove dog poop, consider an enzyme cleaner that can break down both stains and odor.

You can use saddle soap to clean a leather sofa, but use it sparingly. Saddle soap cleans and conditions leather but can be too harsh for some types of furniture. Test it first on a small, unnoticeable part of the sofa to avoid accidentally damaging it. Apply a small amount with a damp cloth, gently work it into the leather, and wipe off the excess with a clean, dry cloth. Afterward, use a leather conditioner to keep the leather supple and prevent drying.

To remove odor from a leather couch, let's focus first on what not to do.

A quick Google search may suggest using vinegar to do the job—don't. The acid will dry out anything made of leather. A better DIY option is to sprinkle a little baking soda on your sofa and let it rest for a few hours. Afterward, vacuum it up with a soft-attachment brush. You can also try airing your sofa by opening windows or leaving it outside for a few hours in a clean, dry space.
