I was very happy with the service I received. He responded to my phone call promptly and arrived on time as scheduled. He was very pleasant and professional, and spent a lot of time cleaning and oiling all the parts. He explained in detail the condition of the worn areas, and offered to apply the service charge to restoration (or new clock) if I have any more trouble within 6-months. The clock works great.
